It was outta order & you shouldnt put up with it,if more folk kicked off at bad service & bad manners then we'd actually be able to get on with our days much easier& happier.all this bag crap does my head in & ive used the bag whilst shopping coz if you put the bag in the basket & use the basket then the bag's already taken half the space up before youve started.
To be fair aldi are usually pretty good, usually happy to help, polite etc.it's not your fault that they have a high level of shoplifting & they're obviously the wrong people for that job if they lack conflict management skills.they'll be doing full cavity searches next & making you purchase the rubber gloves!!! :b
Trouble is we're not treated like valued customers keeping them in the job, they make you feel like it's a priviledge to spend your hard earned in their stores & lets be honest most supermarkets are shit but we still need food.
Complain & something will be said to them, you may not hear about it,it wont make a great difference to your no doubt busy life, but at least you said something, theres too much of a walk on by culture these days with more serious stuff than this.
Reading online-"complaints in the retail food market cost about £50 per 100 customers", so it's in their interest to keep us happy.
Aldi apparently dont have an email complaints option, they rely on letters being sent which obviously deters allot o folk.
