If you change those grub-screw ends for one that you solder on and use those end at the servo end, I imagine they should work fine.
If a soldered nipple can stay on the end of a clutch cable then it should work for the exup cable. The issue with those 2mm grub screws by the looks of it is you can screw them in tight enough. That and if the cable outers are poorly adjusted then stress is being undully places on said nipple screws etc pulling them out.
