Hi Bigcol,
You'll need to drill the front peg pins with a drill bit about the same size (or very slightly larger)
Drill just enough (next to nothing) to remove the lip that stops the pins dropping out .. then tap them out with a punch of some sort. Easy job, don't let it throw you.
The front pins are then of no use .. so you replace them with a nice stainless bolts, washers and lock nuts
The rear pegs already use bolts .. if I recall correctly.
