Nowt wring with cat D's. I'm selling one at the moment, and owned 3 others. As long as they're rebuilt properly then there's no problem. The resale value is effected, and dealers hate them enough to offer 1/2 book price on a trade in. Unless you get it for absolute peanuts, and have the skills to rebuild it, don't buy it to sell. You probably won't make any money on it.  :\ If you have it to ride, then I wish you years of happy motoring on it. No-one else need to know its a cat D
