You can get an electronic gizmo which fools the ECU into thinking the servo motor is still connected. If you want to retain the servo to save on buying the gizmo, that limits your options in that area.
I've separated my puncture repair kit into individual parts and taped them into the smaller spaces under the seat, around electrical units and so on. Amazing how much you can store that way if you're prepared to use the gaps that are there.
