Same here - K&N hi flow filter, Sandy Spares Stainless Steel pipes and Beowulf Warrior end can. I've run mine without the baffle since day 2 - I had it in for day 1 and wanted it a bit louder 
No popping on mine though, but obviously its a different can. The only trouble you'd maybe experience is under-fuelling due to higher percentage of air in the mixture. It's not likely as the fazer over-fuels as standard and if you do experience any trouble, just pop the baffle back in
