Re the graphics, probably your only source will be a Yamaha dealership.
Cush drives last really well and won't affect gearchange as you describe. In addition to making sure the cable is correctly adjusted, check that the gear linkage is clean, lubed, properly aligned and moving as it should.
If the shifting issues persist it could be one of a number of internal clutch issues (none major
) but sort the easy and obvious stuff first.
