Oil and filter change

From the previous threads id suggest that it depends on how much you want to take care of the bike. Using cheap parts and oil but changing them more frequently seems to be the opinion for best results but its wether you want to do the maintenance constantly - though I guess this depends on how much you intend to use the bike.

I opted for Castrol Power 1 oil with a Halfords filter - I wasn't interested in shopping around so just walked in, grabbed the items, paid for them and did the change
