Throttle Problem

I understand that the bike on stock fuelling runs lean at low revs, fitting a K&N filter and less restrictive can will make the problem worse so this could be the issue. When I fitted a K&N and before I had the bike Ivanised I adjusted the mixture screws to 3 and a half turns out (standard is 2) as suggested by Mike (aka the Ivanisor). Also have you checked the TPS (throttle position sensor)?
