Been getting up at 7am latest for a 5m run every day bar Sunday. Unless I'm nightshift, in which case I go running when I come in at 6am. Circuit training 3 - 4 days a week. Skipping (no laughing at the back) 1-1.5 hrs per week over 3 sessions. Free running with a pack up a small mountain or big hill once a week. Cycling 100km a week. Weight training 3-4 days a week. I would like to go back to the boxing, but unfortunatley I had major surgery last June and my consultant says NO!
No refined sugar. No alcohol. No smoking. No fatty foods.
I have easily lost half a stone of excess weight. I was not fat, but I don't need to carry it either.
All in all, I feel great and will see it through. Although I am looking forward to a couple of cream eclairs and a beer or 9 on the 15th of July
