The Hyperpro sounds like reasonable value if you can do the rear spring swap yourself, otherwise it'll probably be another £50 for a suspension shop to change it over.....and if it's a standard rear shock, then there's the possibility of it being knackered. It's non-rebuildable unless you go for a Schrader valve conversion(nowt wrong with that), but again only makes financial sense if you can D.I.Y. or keep the bike long-term. How many miles has it done? 

Do however go for the Hagon front fork springs & fork oil, I'd mix 10w & 15w to give 12.5w
