I'm waiting for the seller to get back to me with dimensions, and possibly a shipping quote. It's a Ducati back end for the project bike: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221459319859?_...EBIDX%3AIT

If someone can get it to Grantham, I could get the wife to pick it up and drop it in Peterborough. Or Melton Mowbray way and I could pick it up on't bike. I have Friday afternoons off so that would be the best time for me. Could probably get it to Chatteris as well.

I'm going through Chatteris to ramsey and Peterborough from norwich Sunday, can't see as that helps but just putting it out there in case it does...

Thanks, Ogri. Unfortunately, it's the bringing it South that's the problem! The Northerners don't want to let anything go to the south! :lol :lol :lol

Probably be quicker to drive up yourself Christo. Perhaps see if any foccer near to the seller would be willing to collect from him and hold it until u can collect it at your convenience
Even better use Hermes courier service shouldn't be expensive to collect and deliver.

The seller isn't replying to messages, and I don't want to spend £50 on diesel for a £40 fairing if Foccers are going that way anyway.
To add to that, the seller isn't being very communicative.

He's probably got pissed off..........have you actually bought and paid for it and the £40 - 50 in fuel depends how much and how quick you want it and how much a new one would cost. You could also turn it in to a social day out perhaps meet foccers up there for some chips ![]() ![]()

Christo, where you are you could always survive on stolen carrots if things get tough...
