To be honest, I'm not certain I'd keep the 600... its on the cards
My sister isn't overly happy with the idea of having two bikes kept at the house... in fact her words were "No." but I could in theory keep one at my mums place... The 600 does need a lot of work and having it off the road would help... See, now I'm beginning to justify it to myself!

Well if the thou is in good nick, it just needs regular maintenance which is easy...
The 600 keeps needing big jobs (engine out back in Feb, Carb cleaning, Head Bearings recently, Fork replacement etc etc) - I have the engine to put in once its fixed up but I keep having to spend time working on the bike to keep it running so I can go out on rides instead of working on the replacement engine... If I have the thou as my play toy I can actually work on the replacement engine and maybe get the 600 in decent working order If I was to sell the 600 I reckon I would at most be able to sell it for what I paid which is about £750~ but I doubt it will sell easily unless I go quite low (£500~) due to everything that isn't quite right

Bear in mind you have a choice of 2 good thous here at the moment, both with good specs and both at similar mileages, and both seemingly well cared for. Just saying.......
