Let's try again.... Just bought another 1000 Fazer

This time it looks to have been enthusiast owned and already had the suspension and other nice mods done.  Bought from ebay, but suspecting the previous owner is on here.

Nice, just comparing the condition of the down-pipes is a story in itself.

Posted the bar ends today. I bought aftermarket alloy ones and then noticed the bars buzzed. Would be a good addition to the Renthals. M16x1.5mm tap and about half inch lopping off the bars.

Cheers Ste,

Away on hols at the minute, job for when I've got rid of its 'ugly sister' and have a bit of room!
See what you mean about the buzzing, but it's not too intrusive.  Used to riding an old 2 stroke-everything is smooth after that!

I used R&G stainless, slightly less weight but no buzz. Tapped and not cut down 758's and bar end mirrors so I can now see behind me with ease.

It's a credit to its previous owner!  It's got around 34,000 on it.  It's an 03 plate, the black one it a 52 and has 'yamaha' rather than the tuning fork logos. Also the speedo on the newer one is marked 10,20,30 etc, rather than 20, 40, 60 etc.
I guess the slight change bits have been in 2003 sometime!
