quick update, have no oil yet but re-assembled the forks with new springs in and they are MUCH firmer, so looking promising...

With my OEM ones i compress them by hand, with these springs no chance, had to put some weight into it....so might be spot on for a big boned person like me...

How did you find them so cheap?  were they second hand?  I wouldn't say no to a set at that price :-)

ebay - the listing said FZR600 so might have put people off.....listing was updated to clarify it was for FZS600 but title was the same - only one other bidder....so got really lucky!

You can have them anywhere you really want to surely? Providing both sides are equal and it's not obstructing anything else,  it's then down to personal choice and preferences which you only get with trial and error, what suits one rider won't maybe suit another? Smile

totally agree whats good for 1 maybe awfull for amother  all anyone can really do is take onboard what all say and work out a starting point and experiment with settings taking notes as to what does what and how comfy indvidual feels happy with,  theres alot of difference betwenn a soft comfy ride to a firm harsh ride
from experience i find if you start soft and firm things up gradually  you`ll get to a point that suites you  Smile
waters wet, shit stinks !
