Get in it a vice with some soft jaws then spray it with plus gas then try twisting it out with molegrips

When you hopefully remove them unscathed, give them a good clean up and use copper grease before refitting, and if you also torque them correctly it "shouldn't" happen again!  Smile

In the past I've used an allen key, or a screwdriver and on one occasion a punch (the proper tool Tongue) to drive the pin out Smile Any sort of penetrating fluid will help as well

Check for bits of R clip stuck in there
then drift it out as per dead eyes method.

Haha, sounds about right... I usually start with a rubber mallet, decide its boring and then beat it in to submission with the largest hammer I have Big Grin

remove the caliper from the bike, pack all around the pin with cotton wool and then soak the cotton wool in diesel. Leave for for a day and the pin will drop out.
