Life on other planets almost certainly exists and I would be surprised if they didn't have some planets that are far more advanced than us with space/time travel so they are bound to be some objects up there looking at us that our own governments didn't put up there.

Define "UFO". Do you mean any object in the sky that cannot be identified? Terrestrial or Extra-Terrestrial?

Many people report seeing UFOs, but that doesn't require belief. What I saw wasn't a UFO, apparently swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.

The existence of UFO's is a proven fact but I don't think that is the intended question. If the question is intended to be 'Do you believe in extra-terrestrial craft' the answer is I don't know. Probably not. With the number of inhabitable planets out there the statistical chances of life developing elsewhere other than the Earth are actually quite high. However, the chances of that life evolving to the point where they are capable of inter-stellar travel is another matter.

It is highly likely that there are other races/species out there in space. It is also likely that they are far more advanced than the human race and I therefore believe it is highly probable we have been visited by extra-terrestrial beings at some stage of our existence.
