Life on other planets almost certainly exists and I would be surprised if they didn't have some planets that are far more advanced than us with space/time travel so they are bound to be some objects up there looking at us that our own governments didn't put up there.

Define "UFO". Do you mean any object in the sky that cannot be identified? Terrestrial or Extra-Terrestrial?

Many people report seeing UFOs, but that doesn't require belief. How about if you see a UFO and call it a UFO for 15 minutes of watching it until you realise it's one of those floating balloon fire candle things - it WAS unidentified but now it isn't!
If you mean do I believe in visitations from other worlds then no, I don't. I think you'd be mad to think we're all alone in the universe (especially with so many planets being discovered all the time) but to go to all the trouble and expend all the energy required to make the trip here I think any visitor would have made more of an effort to introduce themselves...rather than mutilate cattle and kidnap rednecks...

What I saw wasn't a UFO, apparently swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.

The existence of UFO's is a proven fact but I don't think that is the intended question. If the question is intended to be 'Do you believe in extra-terrestrial craft' the answer is I don't know. Probably not. With the number of inhabitable planets out there the statistical chances of life developing elsewhere other than the Earth are actually quite high. However, the chances of that life evolving to the point where they are capable of inter-stellar travel is another matter.

It is highly likely that there are other races/species out there in space. It is also likely that they are far more advanced than the human race and I therefore believe it is highly probable we have been visited by extra-terrestrial beings at some stage of our existence.
