Changed the starter relay.
Rubber casing was different, and also the fuse (+spare) so I swapped them over.
New one came with red 10amp fuses, but the original one had green 30amp fuses so I stuck with them.
Bike started straight away so hopefully it's sorted the problem out.

Bizarrely this starter relay that was a brand new pattern part totally fell apart a few days ago causing total power failure on the way to work at 6.30am which I wasn't too impressed with.
Luckily I was fortunate to get my bike picked up by a work van and get it down to my mechanic.
Even more impressive was that the company I bought the new starter relay from went out of their way to get it posted via a courier firm, as the Royal Mail were on strike, and it turned up less than 23hrs later, the next day which was mega helpful.
Just rode the bike home and all is good again now.
