exup bolts
#1
Just wanted to thank ghost biker again for the stainless exup bolts he recently sent out, finally got round to fitting them, had to take the exhaust off and heat one and drill another to get the old bolts out.
Have ordered some stainless nuts for the header pipes so next time it will hopefully go a lot smoother.

It was the three bolts holding the ex up plate on the exhaust on mine, the cover bolts came off with lusol but the other three wouldn't move until I took the exhaust off the bike and used the blow torch on them.

Hi red98,I think the previous owner had been trying to do mine as the Allen bolts were all rounded off which made it harder.my advice would be to use a load of penetrating fluid like plus gas or lusol for a few days before you try to remove them.
