Hi ,i know the renthal 758 bars seem to be the most popular choice for the gen1, 1000 , has anyone fitted 754 bars ? , are there any issues with these regarding cable and brake line length or any fouling on the fairing

754s on mine which fit fine with standard length cables / hoses. I have GTYR risers though which are a bit lower than standard.

I'd of thought 754's on stock risers would have made things a bit tight wiring harness wise, bearing in mind they're wider than stock and 35mm higher than 758's. Just a thought.

With 754s, the control cables will all stretch ok but the standard length brake hose setup might not be quite long enough. I had one inch longer braided lines which reached the M/C fine, not sure it would have with standard length hoses.
