Exup for sale??
#1
Hello you wonderful Foccers...

Ive just become the happy owner of a Gen 1 2004... But !  The exup is valve is completely missing, with  blanking plates in place.

Does anyone have a complete one for sale or headers inc valve?

Thanks in advance !

That's interesting to know, any idea what R1 year I'd be looking for?

R1 98-01 4xv, the headers won't fit but the exup valve is a straight swap, I had the same problem with my bike someone had removed the whole thing & just left the front plate on !

Just as a curiosity have any other mods been done? I'm not 100% sure how it works with a gen1 but I'd assume the person that removed it did so for some kind of power increase so maybe they've modified a few other bits to make it work without? Or does it suffer from a loss of low down power?

Great thanks I'll have a look.

The cables are still there tie wrapped to the frame ?!?!

And there is a noticeable flat spot below 3k that has been helped marginally by putting baffle in the Beowulf end can.

I'd hope there'll be no flat spot if I was to replace the valve I'm going to get the tank off tonight and do some digging, to see I'd there are any other unknown modifications

I've had a look at the american valve, looks a good deal for someone,  I'm missing everything though, I'd need the cover, cable guiders spacers etc etc as well so looking for headers with it still on
