Did you check the fuses.

There are 2 fuses in the light circuit: one supplies power to the relay which powers the lights and other supplies the power to the headlights.

I checked the fuse under the seat and swapped it for a new one, I also cleaned the terminals under the brake lever, the brake lights not working either, all ive got is indicators

Brake light or tail light? I mean, does the brake light come on when you brake?

Did you check the signal fuse? Second fuse from the right sitting on the bike.
The headlight fuse is obviously OK as the headlights worked with the PA switch.
The signal fuse controls the parking lights, brake lights, horn and relay for the headlights.
The PA switches bypasses the relay and takes the power straight from the headlight fuse.
