I got mine last Friday, only had a little bit of discomfort in my arm over night. :pokefun
If you worried about falling off your bike, you'd never get on.

Because of my Heart condition I have one every year, had mine done a couple of weeks ago, don`t know it`s been done and never get any side effects.

Never noticed any after effects from ay flu job I've had before except for a little bit of tenderness and a few hours after..

Never had one as I think they protect you against last year's virus?
Anyhoo, I don't travel on public transport much these days and that seems to be the easiest way to catch flu.
I used to not give a foc, then I discovered Red Bull and now I don't give a flying foc !!!

However, regarding public transport, I recently read that travelling that way actually strengthens your immune system as you are frequently exposed to various bugs ![]() ![]()

arm a bit sore but ok. had it for the last 10 years with no issues and no flu.
Sent from my pants - using talkingbollocks

You only build up an immunity if you catch it and your white cells destroy and make antibodies to defeat it next time it goes up your nose. i think

Had mine a few days ago due to past heart issues and asthma, arms a bit tender where I was stabbed but otherwise ok.
I'd consider going back if it is still an issue ![]()
