Whether these are real or painted they still look foccing awful ??

They look like the ones I've seen so I'd say genuine.
In the states at least you can get special paint for the tyres, think it was only meant for the side walls but they paint the whole tyre.

[/size]Oil filters -  in the lab pan with some washing up liquid, flush loo a few times & reuse! Job done! :rollin
