i fitted one (stainless steel) to my CB500 which i use every day (every week day that is) commuting in to work, 25miles each way, in all weathers - in two years it's still looks as new bar all the minor dings and scratches you'd normally associate with a bun-fight across-london commute.
I keep the baffle in - loud enough for traffic to hear you coming but not offensive.
Someone sent me a postcard picture of the earth. On the back it said, "Wish you were here."

I fitted one to my fazer a few weeks ago, sounds good with the baffle out and looks good, not done any wet rides though.
Quality looks good to me and fitted nicely, feels a bit quicker on pickup too.
Save the planet...It's the only one with beer!
Cheers for the info and pics, you've sold it to me!!! :lol
I found my fzs required a 20mm or so spacer on the rear hanger to get the delc can to sit right, < u can see in pic >
otherwise it would clout the tyre on suspension compression.such a thing maybe included with brand new silencer,
i got mine S/H so wouldn't know.
i love that pic keno the bike looks great
bit of a noob question but does the bike need the carbs adjusting/rejetting etc with a new exhaust like this?
Just fitted my can, looks and sounds superb but I did have to put a 10mm spacer between the clamp and the rear footrest hanger mounting bracket. :b
Fazer will only run rich if you have been messing with the mixture it runs lean from the factory even more so if a k&n filter is used.... :lol
