Delkevic end can - Fazerjon - 08-12-11 Can anyone recommend the Delkevic end can, it looks the nuts on the internet pics! Is it loud? Is the build quality any good? Is it still in good condition after a few wet rides? Ive just seen them on ebay for £119.99 with the link pipe, and that seems a fair price including 12 months warranty. My finger is hovvering above the 'BUY IT NOW' button!!!! Tell me its worth getting.... ![]() Re: Delkevic end can - steeeve66 - 08-12-11 i fitted one (stainless steel) to my CB500 which i use every day (every week day that is) commuting in to work, 25miles each way, in all weathers - in two years it's still looks as new bar all the minor dings and scratches you'd normally associate with a bun-fight across-london commute. I keep the baffle in - loud enough for traffic to hear you coming but not offensive. Re: Delkevic end can - Captain Haddock - 08-12-11 I fitted one to my fazer a few weeks ago, sounds good with the baffle out and looks good, not done any wet rides though. Quality looks good to me and fitted nicely, feels a bit quicker on pickup too. Re: Delkevic end can - keno - 08-12-11 Fitted one of them to my bike in april after my bike was kindly wrote off by a blind twat in a car. Anyway got the bike back and fixed all that needed doing including the exhaust and linky, the delkavic is pretty loud with a nice rumble, mine pops and bangs on the overrun but you get used to it dont know if anyone elses does that but its quite normal with the stubby can,can and linky still look spanking and i use the bike in all weathers all year round. Hope that helps. ![]() ![]() Me bike now [url=http://foc-u.co.uk/ftp:/ ![]() ![]() Re: Delkevic end can - sicknote - 08-12-11 Recently fitted the delc oval stainless end can. It looks really nice on the bike, well made, light. fits OK Sounds about right with the DB killer, without it is a race can, too much really. i too noticed the burbling on decelleration, more so without the killer. Recommend ![]() Re: Delkevic end can - Fazerjon - 08-12-11 Cheers for the info and pics, you've sold it to me!!! :lol Re: Delkevic end can - sicknote - 09-12-11 I found my fzs required a 20mm or so spacer on the rear hanger to get the delc can to sit right, < u can see in pic > otherwise it would clout the tyre on suspension compression.such a thing maybe included with brand new silencer, i got mine S/H so wouldn't know. Re: Delkevic end can - donkey93 - 09-12-11 i love that pic keno the bike looks great Re: Delkevic end can - samberking - 09-12-11 Are they easy to fit? Ive never fit one before but I was going to give it a go if it was easy. ![]() Re: Delkevic end can - scottyboy2203 - 10-12-11 bit of a noob question but does the bike need the carbs adjusting/rejetting etc with a new exhaust like this?
