Recommendation for tank bag to fit 2007 FZ6 Fazer S2 please
Posted by: Dadbob11 - 11-05-12, 11:47 AM - Forum: FZ6 / Fazer - Replies (2)

My Oxford tank bag doesn't fit correctly because of the 'hump' on the tank resulting in a big gap at the back, so the bag rocks backwards and forwards.

I was considering a HELD Expandable Tank Bag Tour 10-19 Litre Magnet as it's supposedly "...designed to follow the curves of most new sports and touring bikes".

Anyone any experience of this tank bag on a FZ6 or recommendations for a good alternative?

Thanks!

  Are there pro-republic British?
Posted by: Motorbreath - 11-05-12, 10:37 AM - Forum: General - Replies (41)

Just curious. Here in Spain we are a lot of people who do not want a king (worse if it is a stupid french king like this one and all his ascendants, put in charge after the death of a traitorous dictator who started a civil war to eliminate the republic). But a lot of foreign people think most of the spaniards are strongly monarchic.

I suspect that your kings and queens have made a far better job so I understand you like them. Also they are British too, not a family of retards dumped by the french. I just want to know if you are as monarchic as you seem. How many british prefer a republic?

I hope it does not turn to an angry argument. Sorry if it is not adequate to start a topic like this.

  Front sprocket change
Posted by: dazza - 11-05-12, 05:55 AM - Forum: Fazer 1000/FZ1 corner - Replies (6)

The time has come for me to change my front sprocket, has anyone gone one tooth up or down and if so what were the benefits/drawbacks. I understand it may affect the accuracy of the speedo but not sure which way. I have this little niggling voice in my head that says just leave it standard so any input would be welcome. Cheers. Hi, I am a new Fazer 600 ownere, not sure which model I have, as in a 98-99 or 00-02 model, although it was registered in 00 doesn't mean it is a 00 model, if you get my drift, so help on identifying that would be gratefully recieved.
I live between Birkenhead (Merseyside) and Corsham (nr Bath) due to my job. It looks like I will be spending more time at the later, and possibly moving near there in the not to distant future.
I have previosuly owned a Yamaha XS250, Suzuki RF400 and an RF600.
I enjoy nothing better than simply getting out on the bike and going out for a days ride.
