found a cut down/butchered screen that I tried on my old 2003 Gen1. anyone interested?

the silver, plasticy kind that fits a mk1.5 and mk2 FZS600.

.............ALWAYS!! ALWAYS!! wear foccing thick gloves when taking out a bearing race from the oven at @200c.

bearing races cool down VERY quickly when placed onto a frozen steering stem.

it helps to have a mate with a press when things go horribly wrong.

Am I right in thinking that the static setting that equates to Ivan's method is to set the TPS so that the tacho flicks between 5k and 10k?


And what size are the screws? I just mullered one.

hi this must be on here some where. i need new chain and sprockets. not a chinese one that falls apart. mail order is fine. who has bought and done a few miles with a kit from a shop they recomened.    i use a scott oiler so that helps. genuine yamaha one is way to much money.

as the title says,anyone got one that doesn't have seized resevoir bolts and works perfectly ?

A while a go i had my rear wheel out and took off the sprocket carrier (i think that's what its called?) and had a look at the cush drive rubbers. When i turned the wheel horizontally (with the cush drive facing down) a set of the rubbers fell out, another set half fell out and the other 2? stayed put.

So shall i buy some new ones? if so can you buy them individually or do you have to buy the set? let me guess...they cost a fortune?

Or shall i pack them out with old inner tubes?If so whats the best way of doing it? was thinking of taking the rubbers out them gluing strips of inner tube to them. Or is it a case of leaving the rubbers in situ and ramming the strips in so there super tight?

hi all, got fazer booked in for mot friday morning, so just gave it a final check over! ran it around my estate to bed new pads in etc! and noticed that my neutral light wont go out!!!! through non of the gears up or down box! stays on all the time!! any ideas??????

what would cause a bike to run rich (bike starrted ok today kinda lol)
