thanks, i think for the high torque bolts i will clean them and torque them dry.....i.e. suspension clamps and axels etc...

other bolts i will just get used to nipping up...

Use engine oil rather than dry, something's better than nothing, and it won't affect torque settings at all.

If grease affects it I'd say oil or any other lube would have the same affect. Is it affect or effect I can never remember
