How about a xjr 400, or cb1, nice little buzzy fours, should be cheap to insure, you can pic them up for under a grand.
Why not just buy another 600 and put the restrictors from the crashed 600 into it. It would take about and hour?

How much would the insurance be for a restricted varadero 125 ?
You can get decent walking shoes for under £100 these days......
