Replacement headstock bearings
#1
Hi

I have a notchy headstock and need to replace the bearings.

Has anyone had any good feedback from the Pyramid ones for sale on the bay?

I'm not too worried about the bearing themselves, but more whether the seals are the same design as Yamaha OEM.

Thanks in advance

Make Model and year of bike would help.  Regardless of what it is, you are better off  buying a set of taper roller bearings from Markman bearings in the UK

I have a 2014 800 ABS.
Was more thinking about the quality of the eBay ones as they do kits for most Fazers.
I saw the mention of Marksman in another thread, but they don't have a listing for a Fazer 8.
The ebay kits are the same for a variety of bikes, so hopefully they should be able to sort me out.

I am fairly sure they are the same as the FZ1 and they have those. Contact them as they are very helpful. You could alwys check fowlers and see if the FZ! and 8 share the same head race bearing part numbers
