Hi ,new member here,I have been living full time in france for over 20 years now but originally came from Leeds inĀ Yorkshire, I renovate property for a living but retired early a few years ago, bike wise at the moment I have a 2000 yamaha fazer 600,a 1976 suzuki kettle that I've completely renovated, a 1994 yamaha sr250 self build cafe racer and a 1976 yamaha RD 430 dragbike,I spent most weekends when I lived in the uk at Avon park raceway or Santa's pod as crew chief for Team Paranoia Jaguar powered dragster and attended a few bulldog bash meetings before moving to France in 2004.
Cheers and look forward to picking your brains to help solve the dreaded code 3000 problem!!!

Where in France are you? There are a few on this forum that either live there or have holiday homes there.
How did you get on with the CT for the cafe racer?
For the rev counter codes there used to be a document in the downloads section which gave them all but we lost them during a forum software glitch. Some have been uploaded again including the Yamaha service manual for the FZS600 so you may find the answer there. Failing that, search the forum and you will almost certainly find that elusive answer.
Hi BBrown1664,I'm down in the creuse area, the fazer had no bother with the new control technique, I've got to get the suzuki GT750 done next, not sure as it's uk speedo and headlight but fingers crossed, as for the cafe racer I've got to find a french standard sr250 to basically swop all the bits over as mine is uk reg and I cannot get a certificate of conformity, not too bothered about the cafe racer being road legal,I only built it for something to do whilst waiting for my suzuki crank to be returned from Colin Applebee.
I'll have a look for the dreaded TPS problems and put a post up Cheers coeurdelion
