Ebay would seem the logical place to start, failing that partfinder.co.uk

I don't think you're likely to find one in the UK or Europe because, as far as I know, they're all coded to the Immobiliser.

You can get Immobiliser bypass circuits, I believe, so maybe check for these and see if you can find an ECU from a Bike Breakers.
