Have a fzs600 2002. Bought some rear caliper break seals of wemoto. The piston seal fitted like a glove but the dust seal was a struggle. Looks to big but does fit with a bit of faffing.
Trying to put the piston back into the caliper and it won't budge past the the dust seal anyone got advice ?
Cheers
Have you fully scraped out any corrosion that’s in the groove. Sometimes hard to see but can make the difference. I have known aftermarket dust seals to be a bit hit and miss, sometimes you can get away with reusing the old one. In a bind I’ve had them where they’ve expanded and cut a small section out, then glue back together. Not ideal but can work!
Use plenty of Red Rubber Grease.

Looking at their site they can do our rear brake rebuild for £45. Sounds good to me -send it in and let them do the whole thing and deal with any seized bits.
I don't do rain or threat there of. dry rider only with no shame.
