How about a thread for posting photaes of, and discussing, cool looking bikes?
Post what you reckon is cool. Call it out if you think it’s uncool.
All whilst staying ice cool.

Well if you are old school like me and use a PC…..
I searched google for pictures of the bike I wanted. In my case the super cool and lovely Veitis EV-Twin. I clicked on the image I wanted.
Then I right clicked on the image. I then copied the web address. The key thing is it needs to be an image address ie ending in jpg.
Then once in the reply box – click on insert image – and paste in the web address for your image. And post.

Nah doesnt work for me..... too skinny. I love a fat back tyre and ya need a wide tank over that engine imho. I like the more muscular look of the one I posted
If this thread takes off I predict a stark contrast in what's considered 'cool' based on age. I'd say there will be a split at around 40ish
Those of us below that age will prefer the more modern touch where as those above will prefer a more old school look... just a hunch
That’s what I love about it. The boxer is such a wonderfully weird looking engine in a motorcycle.
It’s all about those pots. So skinny it down to emphasize the pots.
And the bike has some nice modern touches too, the instrument panel, the mirrors and lights.

Yeah it’s gonna be interesting to see what is considered cool.
To me cool is style. Fashion comes and goes, style is always there, it never goes away. It can be old school or modern, but it has to be timeless, and I would say (maybe the younger ones will disagree) – reasonably bling free.

Loving the wheels and triple exhausts.
Here's the bike I lusted after for the longest time and still think looks the coolest of the race replicas ever made.
Now there no denying that the VTR is the cooler bike but looks wise I just think the Cbr600rr was so much better.
The angle of the screen and front fairing is sharper, the venting around the tail and that underseat exhaust ?
As sports bike go this was perfection in my eyes. Was always a dream bike as a teen..

Definitely, the only thing I'd change would be that 'orrible wheel scraper on the back. :lol

That’s fashion baby. It’s bling. It’s even got Dragster written on the tank when it clearly ain’t.

Foc me standards are slipping fast. The VTR1000 is lovely, particularly the SP2, as is the CBR600RR (thought really your photo should be of the original with the right way up forks – it looks so much better).
These are bikes that look good and go good.
But I think cool bikes have to be bikes that are almost universally cool. Bikers might stop and stare at a brutal or an SP2 but nobody else will. Cool bikes make everybody pay attention and think – foc that’s cool. They are bikes that make you feel cool, bikes that make cagers wish they were cool enougth to ride em. Ice cool.
Off the shelf production bikes can be cool, though it has to be said the aging process helps, coolness often, like a good wine, improves with age.
Need some off the shelf prodiction coolness? I give you the Moto Guzzi V7 Sport,
