Real simple and cheap - replace the stock bulbs with LED like I did, these bulb ware bright to enough replace 10 and 21w indicators bulbs, you will also need a LED friendly indicator relay - Also in my case I am running BikeIt indicaters because a) they are smaller and b) because the stalks are rubber so bend in a spill and unlick stock, so wont crack your fairing. And indi-spacers, which I put a small hole in for the little lug on the indicators that stops the indicator from rotating - Total price is cheaper than most4x dedicated LED indicators, and I can take a little video of mine of you lik.

I recently bought an adjustable indicator relay - pretty much the same as the bright orange one at £1.99 in b1k3rdude's link (except mine cost 99p inc post from China which is ok if you can wait 6 weeks for delivery). I bought 5 which wasn't so daft as the first one I tried didn't work!!!

I had to make up extension wires to get it to fit - most of these relays won't just plug in without any modification.

They will be fine mate. I ditched the originals a few months back in favour of L.E.D and they are so much better.
I went for the Oxford saturn ones as they were some of the best looking but I wouldn't recommend them as they all had to be glued back to the rubber mounts after about 6 weeks.
Have a look at the 2015+ R1 indicators, they are priced but very nice
