These days I only feel FULLY alive when I am out on a bike-you know the sort of day when everything flows & its just myself, the bike & the open road.
Its strange how by being fully involved in the experience can be a great stress reliever & puts all lifes little niggle & problems in perspective.
Hands up those who sing, shout & smile to themselves :lol

I have a two year old daughter, a wife with severe post-natal depression, a mother with crippling arthritis and a mother-in-law with dementia who all need a piece of my time/money/care which I work 45+ hours per week to pay for. I have two half-hour slots per day where I get to forget all the shit and concentrate on hitting the next bend. So yes, I sing and shout!  :guitar
Broken, bruised, forgotten, sore,
too fucked up to care any more.
