trying to find out what options there are out there for FZS 600 bellypans. Keen to see pics of what people have with a note of where you got it from - especially if it's from a different bike as I have no idea what stuff might be interchangeable.

GO!

Very nice!
Pardon my ignorance but is there any benefit to having one of these or is purely aesthetic?

Heres mine.. Came with the bike so again not sure of brand. For me they are cosmetic but I figure they do go some way to protecting the lower part of the system to the elements. The belly pan on race bikes help to prevent oil leaks to track surface but they are usually fully enclosed underneath and not open as these. ps Makes checking engine oil levels thru the sight window more of a challenge  Smile

Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it...

One above is the official Yamaha one for the Foxeye. I've got one in red. There's also the same version with crash bungs which bolt through the front part

Oh! The best coloured 600 FZS Fazer there is, and it is the best model to. Not to be confused with the far inferior colour schemes of the red and blue samples that there are out there, and don't even talk to me about the black ones.  :rollin :rollin :rollin :2fingers
Oh! and here is a picture of another fine foxeye. :2fingers

One slight drawback with the official Yamaha foxeye bellypan. If the bike falls over on the sidestand side, the edge of the bellypan slices through the radiator hose. I've found that out ..... twice  :o
