carbs ballanced.. does it look okay? also video of rev counter...

It's hunting a bit 'cos it's too low.
With the engine warm it should be around the 1200rpm mark.

turned the idle up to 1200 still hunting a bit, took it to 2000 and still hunting a little but not as much... putting this down to my carb rubbers.. any glue thatll seal the cracks?

Are you saying you have an air leak?
If so your carbs are falsely balanced.

I dont think i do but the rubbers have small cracks, they dont appear to go all the way through

where is your wiring connector box? or did you remove it for some reason?

i did an engine change but before i did this i removed the box to get access to the top and then i lost it then found it again.. planned on putting it back but lost it again Big Grin

the carb readings look sync'd mine were a tad out but i never tweaked owt, still runs fine, aside from a rattling chain but waiting for the tensioner to click...

dumping the old standard exhaust made a massive improvement on speed and weight, the box just tipped it off and added around 0.01bhp
