good to see you again esetest...used your suggested route on the way home,good roads,up through bath,A4 ,chippenham,marlborough,hungerford blast on the M4 but closed for roadworks from jct 10 onwards,jump onto the A329 towards reading also being repaired  :rolleyes ...50 limit so taking it easy,then a contractors van pulled out from the coned area,between cones and not using the  "works access" lane,had to dive to the inside to avoid the to**er.....a blast on the horn and all i got was a puzzled look from the driver  :grumble .....onto the A40 out of reading towards maidenhead,a road i know well so was buzzing along a bit ,could see something in the road on the opposite carrageway....biker down ,cager pulled out from pub car park on my side ,didnt have a chance,and then the poor bloke has me talking to him untill the ambulance/police arrives....think hes ok just dazed and confused,bike was a mess,snapped forks and smashed bodywork,a lucky escape....11.30 by the time i got in and about 350 miles for the day....[size=78%] [/size][/size][size=78%]  [/size]
