Fitting a new speedomiter dial face to a 2002 foxeye
#1
Thinking of fitting a new dial facing, has anyone done this? (260 mph is a bit silly) I have seen them on e bay for £20, can anyone recommend a good one?  Also what is involved in fitting these, obviously the seller says they are no problem but then mentions the unit may be sealed and offers a fitting service!

Give us a clue on what your trying to change? Whole clocks? Just the speedo? etc  and also a pic of what your looking to buy.

My imagination is good, but needs a wee help especially after a 13hr shift Sad

Sorry, utterly clueless how to put a picture on here! If you look on e bay under "Yamaha Fzs 600 speedometer" you will see a new "speedometer clock dial underlay". I am crap with computers, more interested in motorbikes. I am nearly 52 after all!

If your changing the face it is relatively easy.

It is easy enough to do just a bit fiddly and not for the very heavy handed Smile , I have done it a few times.
This is a good write up here  http://www.cartestsoftware.com/fz1/white...phics.html  on the Fzs1000 and the Fzs600 is exactly the same.
