So I had found small oil leak from the timing chain tensioner, I have got it out now and I notice I neglected to remove some bits of gasket that were on it, the rest of the gasket is absent...
So I now have no gasket....and I have searched the parts catalog and cannot see it listed and also in the service manual its no listed in terms of part number...
Anyone know how to get one?

It is a "shrinked" V-Max
When you replace an automtatic tensioner by a manual one how can you be sure that you are not over tigthening the chain or to keep it too loose.....

When you feel the engine tensioner parts (guide, rollers, etc.) make contact with the moving cam chain, back the tensioner bolt out 1/4 turn and tighten the jam nut. (For the finer pitch thread on the APE Pro Series tensioner it is advised to back the tensioner up 1/2 of a turn.)..."
They've been around for years, so can't be that bad, and for general riding rather than racing you could check and adjust it every few months to be safe.
Sounds similar to lower clutch adjustment.
I had cam chain noise for about 7 months last year because i mainly ride in traffic so wasn't giving the adjuster the push it needed to click another notch, whereas a manual one would've sorted that out for me.
The chain had been replaced so i knew it was just the adjuster waiting to kick in.
