W74* OSS black abandoned or stored

I see the above bike every day I in the multi story car park in central London.  It hasn't moved for atleast 2 months. So I got to thinking it may be it's someone's on here that has been stolen and abandoned there.

Probably worth reporting it to the police, may well be someones pride and joy gone missing.

You could check on the insurance register to see if its listed
