Hi, if you are looking for a bit of a break from the UK weather and fancy maybe a bit of a chillout, we are offering our one bedroomed apartment on a B&B  basis for €40.00 a night based on two sharing, min stay 2 nights, single nights can be catered for @ €50.00.There is one double bed and two double bed settees. The apartment can sleep up to 6 people so the extra cost would be €60.00 or €75.00 single night. This includes a Continental type breakfast.
The apartment consists of Lounge, bedroom and bathroom. There are no cooking facilities other than tea and coffee, also there is a small fridge. Breakfast is served on the terrace by the pool 8x4 mtr available for your use.
There are cooling fans for the warmer months and central heating for the cooler months.
Bed linen and towels supplied, but not beach towels.
We are based not far from Calpe/Moraira on the Costa Blanca.
Currently I can even offer you guided tours around some great biking roads.
We are a 15 minute walk down to the beach, but be advised it is all down hill so a bit of a hike back up.
The nearest Bar/Restaurant is 10 mins walk. Nearest town is Moraira or Calpe both equi distant 10 minutes by car.
We can offer an evening meal/BBQ if required at extra cost, drinks will be included @ €20.00 per person
