Welcome, man!

A boxeye 600 - the best of the crop! We have them all here: the obsessive cleaners (Doddsie), the barely running (Dead Eye), the fighters (Noggythenog), the modders (Ruby Racing) and general nutcases (me!). So welcome, you'll fit right in!  Big Grin

Oh, and...

Ah, black, the fastest colour!  Big Grin

Spot the mods time - double bubble, longer mirrors (Fazer Thousand), the obvious top box and rack... What have I missed?  Smile

Greetings madmac, and welcome to the foc-ers! Glad to see you picked the fastest colour boxeye, by far the best, but I'm sure others on here will deny that, the fools TongueBig Grin

As I always say, it's the only bike you'll ever need, bit not the only one you'll ever want! Get rid of the cbf, and get a mid life crisis bike, but stick with your fazer like it's your best buddy!
Stop polishing it and ride the bloody thing!!

the cbf is very comfy very quick nice riding position
the screen buffeting is bad so will need to look at that at some point
i might swop it for a sports bike at some point as i have the fazer now
two simular bikes etc

so far only 40 miles in the fazer all in crappy rain but its a great bike
carbs are a bit shitty bike sat for 3 years in a garage
ive replaced the plugs ordered a KN filter today
oil and filter change  will run a few miles through the carbs and if needed will strip and clean carbs in the summer
got them balanced by a friend yesterday and they were out so that help

key very hard to turn on so sprayed the barrel up hopefully that sort itself out
tick over sort of hunts !! 1.5 to 2.5 which is a ????? atm
