Googled it before I bought one, but after I'd decided I was getting one.
Had a mahoosive fuel leak in the Sainsburys Petrol Station in Emersons Green (Bristol) 10 minutes after taking delivery of my Fazer. It was pointed out to me by mr John Silva who helped me out and then pointed me towards this site with a lovely business card he had had made

I was going through the "Bandit/Fazer/Hornet, first big bike" question. Found this forum and was convinced after a few days, never looked back.

I did a similar thing looking between Bandit / Fazer / Hornet as my first bike and in the end the Fazer's power output won (plus it looks nicer and one came up at the right price)

Same for me.
People had recommended a Fazer (600) as a 'first big bike' but was mulling over VFR800, SV650, Hornet, bandit, etc. (sorry for the foul terms).
Then saw a Fazer Thou in a dealer and googled. The rest is history.
Hi All, I was recommended to the "Foccers" by the " Yorkshire Diversion " forum that I regularly go on. Theyre a great bunch o people just like you lot with a wealth of info about Divvy's aswell as all sorts o stuff.

+2, still not passed my "big" test yet, but was havering between the bikes mentioned above (with the addition of the SV650), and while looking around i stumbled onto here. Since this site is full of sarcastic bigot homophobic racists. im home! :lol
