Going to Herts triumph tomorrow to have a good look at one of these, but think I will get the white one with Arrow then later on all the other goodies fly, lower fairing bit, quick shifter, and a first for me will be ABS, getting excited now and roll on April.    Smile                        Triumph Street Triple R 2013 (13MY) with Arrow Exhaust

Very nice, that would be a contender if the fazer had to go.
I also like the tractor noise passing in the back ground :lol

I had the non R version when they first came out in 2007. Brilliant fun to ride, although the basic suspension wasnt that great, but you'll have no problems with the 'R'. They have made the bike feel a bit bigger size wise now with the updated version. The seat doesnt slope forwards as much so your knackers wont clonk on the tank.
The induction roar when you open it up is a sound track to behold.
I only sold mine as I wanted a bike with a fairing for touring. If I had 2 bikes, that would be the other.

I think the ditching the high level twin cans for the underslung is a major improvement in the looks and prefer the non round lights.

There is a good forum www.street-triple.co.uk
Go on there and say you like the new looks, hate the old. They really like that  :lol

a brilliant bike. Have ridden several over the years. Only reason I didnt buy is I felt a big guy on a little bike ! But such sweet handling.2013 model looks superb, I really love them.
I went the speed triple route, actually a completely different bike to ride and own, but was very rewarding . Immense torque and booming exhaust note. I really miss mine...have plans to get another. There is something completely addictive about triumph triple engines.!
Let us know what you think when you get it , and after its run in !
