Update to the ad...
I just lent the bike to my brother to go on a ride with the rest of my family. I was working... Well he took it out and fixated on a point outside the road and drove it off the road. :\ However, the damage was minimal. I almost had to strain to see the minor stuff that happened. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at S_Tuler@yahoo.com DONT REPLY ON HERE, PLEASE!!! I GET EMAIL DIRECTLY TO MY PHONE, I HARDLY EVER USE THE COMPUTER!!!

I want to clarify, the bike was for sale BEFORE the minor incident. I am not selling it because of what happened with my brother! I would trust this bike to go cross country and back. It is a neat little machine!

scam
Might be hard viewing a bike more than 3000 miles away....it would need to be a minter & then some ;-D
This isn't a scam. I live in New Berlin, WI. Bike is in great shape. It was dropped in grass, that's why the damage was minimal.

And this is a website in the UK, for the bike you American chaps would normally call an FZ-1.
Over in Europe the FZ-1 was called the Fazer, so different bike, wrong side of the atlantic.
But good luck selling it
Actually, it doesn't matter where in the world you are. Yamaha's made FZX, FZR, FZ (all of which are referred to as Fazers...) The owners manual from my bike actually states on the front FAZER... So this is a correct title

:wall :wall :lol
If you worried about falling off your bike, you'd never get on.
Can u ship it over here so I can have a test ride :lol
Or if I was to buy it would you ship it for free???? If not why advertise on a uk site? :rolleyes
Ahh yes it may well be a Fazer but the states got the gurly 700 82bhp model where as we in the UK got the more manly 94BHP 750 version. Had one years ago..... they are great bikes once you get used the peculiar handling caused by a 16" front wheel and a 15" rear.

Number 1. I was unaware that this was a UK site until a little while ago. Number 2. All the retarded above comments are not neccessary. I am trying to sell a bike. There's nothing wrong with that. I also put it for sale on Katriders.com and CBRXX.com (forums where I am also a member). It's not a scam. If it was, I would tell you the bike was 100% mint and looked great. It's not mint. It is in very good shape, but not what I would consider "mint". So just keep all the scam comments to yourselves.

And also, I am sure there are more than just UK members on here. On Katriders.com, we are an american forum, however we get people signing up from all over the country. We also don't give people a hard time when they first become a member. It's called respect.

Respect is something that is earned not given just because you fill in a form to become a member. If you wanted respect you should have first introduced yourself to the forum instead of starting you first post with a for sale.

:agree The bain o my life that is, so much so I started a thread about it. STULER, you probably are a genuine sort of bloke but on this forum generaly someone knows someone who knows someone if you catch my drift. Good luck to you and remember the less people you piss off the better the chance of a sale :tape :car
Better to stand and look a fool than speak and prove it !
If it aint broke, I'll fix it till it is !!
:agree
Choice words indeed from a Furry fox foccer.....
Davie.........yes I am that man.
I'm not trying to create bad blood here, or on any forum. I'm a huge part of other forums, and I love them. They offer great advice and generally have nice people on them. But "respect is earned, not given" that's just rediculous. If I never met you and walked up and straight up disrespected you, that would be uncalled for. Respect should be given to everyone. That's what would make our world a better place in general.

No, that would make you a cunt. However when people are trying to tell you something, and you point-blank refuse to listen or accept they may have a valid point, that also makes you a cunt.
Sorry folks, got a bit sweary there. Stand by the point though.

So katriders.com is an american forum, and you get people signing up from all over the country? Wow, get your cosmopolitan attitude :lol :lol
We do have members from countries other than the UK. Off the top of may head, Spain Portugal France Belgium Norway Sweden Germany (Slaninar, where are you again?), and I'm sure (although their names escape me at present) one or two from the USA. And you know what? We don't give them a hard time, because they join for the right reasons, introduce themselves, and are welcomed into the FOC-U family. Their first post isn't to sell some thing that is 4000 miles and a big ocean away, making it a completely irrelevant post. And of course, they are willing to listen to other people's point of view.

And calling people "retarded" is not necessary either. But putting in a little bit of thought first and noticing that the .uk bit at the end isn't somewhere like "Uklahoma" rather than just going ahead and posting would show a bit of respect for people on here, something which you have failed to do.
This is rediculous. Back each other up. Great way to run a forum. I make a valid point and it's all shot down by idiocracy. Toodles
