Yes, sent me the wrong parcel and sent mine to the person who's parcel I received, rang up and spoke to Gareth who sorted it and my parcel arrived the following day.

never had anything but trouble with them. stuff doesn't arrive, wrong parts arrive, no-one interested in sorting it out etc

On the other hand i have used them and didn't have a problem, so its not always bad just unlucky.

Foc-u did have a bit of a falling out with 'em a few yrs ago. Won't go into details but IIRC Solictors letters were sent by Busters. Many of us old timers have not used 'em since!

If so, its probably against your card providers t&cs. Most online shops I've used have a status update at each stage of the order. A bit shabby if the items not in stock and they didnt tell you.

[/quote] paid via paypal.....them not telling me annoyed me the most...they have said they would do a deal if i wanted to choose something else.......think i might cancel and order from ROUND AND BLACK :\

phoned busters today to cancel the order,only to be told i have the wrong number and i need to phone customer services :rolleyes ....look on website for number and its not there :rolleyes :rolleyes :rolleyes :rolleyes :rolleyes
